No Interest 6 and 12 months Disclosure:
When you use your MedChoice credit card account issued by World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB), WFNNB's Finance Charges are deferred for promotional credit plan purchases and then accrue from the date of purchase through and including the last day of the promotional period if the Total Amount Financed is not paid in full by the promotional period end date (state specific time frame, i.e. October 1, 2003 or 90 days from date of purchase). Payments are required during the promotional period (as described in your credit card agreement). If the promotional credit plan purchase is not paid in full before the promotional period ends or regular revolving and/or any promotional plan payments are not paid when required for two consecutive billing cycles, under this or any other MedChoice promotional credit plan, the remaining balance and the amount of Finance Charges that have accrued from the date of purchase through and including the last day of the promotional period will be included in your regular revolving balance and regular credit terms will apply. If your account was opened before 12/1/09: As of 12/1/09, APR is 10.65% for Tier 7, 12.75% for Tier 6, 14.75% for Tier 5, 16.75% for Tier 4, 18.75% for Tier 3, 20.75% for Tier 2, and 22.75% for Tier 1, these rates may vary, monthly Finance Charge of $1.00. If your account was opened after 12/1/09: As of 12/1/09, APR Is 10.15% for Tier 7, 12.25% for Tier 6, 14.25% for Tier 5, 16.25% for tier 4, 18.25% for Tier3, 21.25% for Tier 2,and 24.25% for Tier 1, monthly Finance Charge of $1.00.

Standard Regular Revolving program:
There is a minimum $1.00 purchase requirement for the use of this promotional plan. This plan requires a minimum payment of 3.25% of the balance or $75.00 whichever is greater to be made until account is paid off. When you use your MedChoice credit card account finance charges will be applied to the balance.
